目的建立荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱含量的测定方法,比较不同产地和采收时间对荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法对14个不同来源和本市产的5个不同采收时间的荷叶进行超声提取后,分别测定提取物中芦丁和荷叶碱的含量。结果由于产地、采收时间的不同,芦丁和荷叶碱的含量差异较大,其中岳阳、江苏、浙江、湘潭的荷叶中活性成分含量较高。结论本法可以用于荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱的质量控制,不同产地和采收期的荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱的含量由于土壤或者气候等各种因素的影响,差异比较明显,实验结果可用于指导筛选荷叶优良产地和合理采集利用荷叶资源。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of rutin and nuciferine in lotus leaves and compare the effects of different producing areas and harvesting times on the content of rutin and nuciferine in lotus leaves. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of rutin and nuciferine in extracts from 14 different sources and five different harvest time-harvested lotus leaves. Results The contents of rutin and nuciferine differed greatly due to different producing areas and harvesting times. Among the lotus leaves in Yueyang, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Xiangtan, the contents of active ingredients were higher. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of rutin and lotus leaf in lotus leaves. The content of rutin and lotus leaf in the lotus leaves of different origins and harvested areas is different due to various factors such as soil or climate Obviously, the experimental results can be used to guide the screening of excellent lotus leaf origin and rational use of lotus leaf resources.
