以“潮白河流域综合规划——超标准洪水课题研究”为对象,分3种方案5种工况,在100 a一遇超标准洪水条件下,分析河南村橡胶坝至箭杆河入河口河段的现状行洪能力,同时模拟河段上下游左堤分洪后可能引起的淹没状况。模拟结果表明,当该河段潮白河遭遇100 a一遇超标准洪水时,左堤将要承受着漫堤的洪水风险;另外不论在河段上游还是下游加设分洪口,对于河道的洪峰削减均不明显,分洪口的选择非常重要。
Taking “Chaobaihe River Basin Integrated Planning - Research on Extra-standard Flood” as an object, this paper analyzes the conditions of 100-a case of exceeding standard flood in three kinds of schemes, Hekou reach the status quo flood capacity, while simulating the upstream and downstream left bank flood diversion flood may cause submergence conditions. The simulation results show that when the Chaobai River in this reach 100-year flood exceeds the standard, the left bank will have to withstand flood risk of flood dikes. In addition, irrespective of whether flood diversion ports are installed upstream or downstream of the reach, Obvious, the choice of diversion port is very important.
