目的:建立准确、灵敏的LC-MS/MS方法甄别中药制剂及保健食品中可能非法添加的17种辅助改善记忆类药物。方法:采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS),以Eclipse XDB C_(18)(100 mm×3.0 mm,1.8μm)为分析柱,以电喷雾电离(ESI)、多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,对中药制剂及保健食品中非法添加的17种化学成分进行快速定性定量分析。结果:建立了快速分离检测17种非法添加成分的测定方法,检测限低于10 ng·ml~(-1)。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,可用于辅助改善记忆类中药制剂及保健食品中非法添加化学成分的定性和定量分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an accurate and sensitive LC-MS / MS method to screen 17 types of auxiliary memory-modifying drugs that may be illegally added to traditional Chinese medicine and health food. Methods: Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) was used with Eclipse XDB C 18 (100 mm × 3.0 mm, 1.8 μm) as the analytical column and electrospray ionization (ESI) (MRM) scanning method, the rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of 17 chemical components illegally added to traditional Chinese medicine preparations and health foods. Results: A rapid determination method for the determination of 17 illegal components was established. The detection limit was lower than 10 ng · ml ~ (-1). Conclusion: This method is specific and sensitive and can be used to help qualitative and quantitative analysis of illegally added chemical components in traditional Chinese medicine preparations and health foods.
