我国证券公司经过近几年的发展 ,竞争力不断加强 ,但随着我国即将加入 WTO,其必然要受到外国同行的冲击。证券公司要适应这一挑战 ,人才竞争至关重要。我国证券公司要吸引人才、留住人才 ,构建长期激励机制势在必行。然而由于我国证券行业起步较晚 ,实施股权激励 ,从制度和技术两个方面都存在一定阻碍 ,必须克服这些因素才能保证股权激励顺利实施。
After the development of the securities companies in our country in recent years, their competitiveness has been continuously strengthened. However, as China is about to join the WTO, it will inevitably be hit by foreign counterparts. Securities companies to adapt to this challenge, talent competition is crucial. China’s securities companies to attract talent, retain talent, build long-term incentive mechanism is imperative. However, due to the late start of China’s securities industry, the implementation of equity incentives, both from the system and technology there are some obstacles, we must overcome these factors in order to ensure the smooth implementation of equity incentives.
