1985~1987年室内多菌株测定和病区广泛鉴定结果:甘薯品种330对甘薯瘟病表现抗病反应,闽抗329、华北48表现中抗,广薯15表现中感,而新种花和惠红早则表现感病反应。试验统计表明:330等6个甘薯品种间对甘薯瘟病的抗性差异显著或极显著。甘薯品种的游离氨基酸含量测定结果:330等6个甘薯品种的游离氨基酸平均含量有明显和稳定的差异,且其差异显著。试验分析结果:甘薯品种的薯瘟病发病程度与游离氨基酸含量呈正相关。薯瘟病发病程度越轻的品种,游离氨基酸含量越低,品种的抗瘟性就越强;而发病程度越重的品种,游离氨基酸含量越高,品种的抗瘟性就越弱。根据18种游离氨基酸含量的差异性对6个品种进行相似性聚类分析,结果与品种的抗病性划分基本一致,进一步证实了游离氨基酸与品种抗瘟性的关系。

The less susceptible varieties of blast virus, the lower the content of free amino acids, the stronger the blast resistance of the varieties; while the more severe varieties, the higher the content of free amino acids, the weaker the blast resistance of the varieties. Based on the similarity analysis of 18 kinds of free amino acids, the clustering analysis of 6 varieties was carried out. The result was consistent with the disease resistance of the cultivars, further confirming the relationship between free amino acids and the blast resistance.
