介绍大连石化渣油加氢装置的工艺技术特点,第二周期催化剂的性能特点、催化剂装填、装置开工过程以及本周期运转状况和装置卸剂情况。为保证催化剂既达到设计运行周期又充分发挥活性,将运行周期分为初期、中前期、中后期和末期四个阶段,严格按催化剂专利商提供的催化剂升温曲线提温;在安排所加工原油品种时,应将渣油难以处理的原油分散到较长的时间加工,尽可能保证渣油原料性质平稳;装置在生产调整上尽量满足催化剂专利商要求。使用结果表明,ART公司的第二周期催化剂具有稳定的加氢脱硫、加氢脱残炭、加氢脱金属活性,以常压渣油和减压渣油混合的设计原料,可生产硫含量小于0.35%(质量分数),残炭含量小于5.5%(质量分数),金属含量小于15μg/g的加氢常渣,满足催化裂化装置要求,运行周期大于8000h,加工量大于300×104t/a。
This paper introduces the technical characteristics of Dalian Petrochemical residue hydrotreating unit, the performance characteristics of the second cycle catalyst, the catalyst loading, the start-up process of the unit, the operation status of this cycle and the dosing of the unit. In order to ensure that the catalyst not only reaches the design and operation cycle but also gives full play to the activity, the operation cycle is divided into four stages of early stage, middle stage, middle and late stage and end stage, and the temperature is raised in strict accordance with the catalyst temperature curve provided by the catalyst patentee; , It is necessary to disperse crude oil which is hard to be processed by residual oil to a longer time for processing so as to ensure that the properties of the residue raw materials are stable as much as possible. The device tries to meet the requirements of the catalyst patent producer on production adjustment. The results show that ART’s second-cycle catalyst has stable hydrodesulfurization, hydrodeacidification and hydrodemetallization activity. The designed feedstock with the mixture of atmospheric residue and vacuum residue can produce less than 0.35% (mass fraction), the residual carbon content is less than 5.5% (mass fraction), and the content of metal is less than 15μg / g, which meets the requirement of catalytic cracking unit. The operating cycle is more than 8000h and the processing capacity is more than 300 × 104t / a.
