测定了Cu-Zr和Cu-Zr-Si时效后硬度、电导率的变化。分析了影响电导率的因素。认为Si可以细化析出物、提高材料的抗软化能力。对形变后时效时材料性能的改善及变形度的影响进行了讨论。
The hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-Zr and Cu-Zr-Si after aging were measured. The factors affecting the conductivity were analyzed. It is believed that Si can refine precipitates and improve the material’s softening resistance. The effect of the material properties and the degree of deformation on aging after deformation is discussed.
