前些时候,美国政府对微软公司的反垄断诉讼一度闹得沸沸扬扬,谁输谁赢至今尚无结果,但它勾起了人们对垄断这个古老话题的新的兴趣。翻开垄断与反垄断百余年斗争史,我们发现其中并无真正的赢家,而在信息经济扑面而来的今天,又夹杂了许多目前还难以认清的新内涵。其实,万变不离其宗,经济的发展、演进是贯穿其中的主轴。北京大学金融法研究中心及南京大学的几位年轻学者为我们梳理了垄断发展的历史脉络,并且从金融、高科技两个典型行业入手提出新时代下的思考。有兴趣者不妨一读。——编者 Some time ago, the U.S. government’s antitrust lawsuit against Microsoft was booming once and for all. So far, it has been fruitless for any loser to lose, but it has aroused new interest in the ancient topic of monopoly. A hundred years of history of monopolization and antitrust have been opened up. We have found that there is no real winner among them. Today, despite the influx of information economy, there are many new connotations that are still difficult to understand at present. In fact, the ever-changing, economic development, evolution is the backbone runs through them. Peking University Financial Law Research Center and Nanjing University, a number of young scholars for us to sort out the historical context of monopoly development, and financial, high-tech two typical industries to come up with the new era of thinking.
