随着现代高通量测序技术的快速发展,在重要能源植物麻疯树中涌现出大量的序列信息,从而极大地促进了其分子生物学研究的进程。本研究从麻疯树分子生物学研究方法和研究结果比较分析的角度,回顾了近年来麻疯树种间与种内遗传多样性、遗传连锁图谱与QTL(quantitative trait loci)定位、基因组与转录组,以及遗传转化体系研究领域的最新研究进展,并对麻疯树分子生物学将来的发展进行了述评。
With the rapid development of modern high-throughput sequencing technologies, a great deal of sequence information has emerged in the important energy plant Jatropha curcas, which greatly promoted the progress of its molecular biology research.
