以甘肃白水江国家级自然保护区为例,构建了次级自然单元(沟系)植物优先保护评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法(AHP)进行了各指标的运算分析,分析表明层次权重总排序前十位的指标依次为一级保护、二级保护、濒危、1省或相邻2省特有、稀有、单型科、渐危、科多样性、单型属、中国特有、属的多样性,经检验各层判断矩阵单排序一致性比例和层次总排序一致性比例CR<0.10,表明各层排序结果具有很高的一致性并接受该分析结果。
