目的调查深圳大学校园空气中致敏气传真菌的属种、季节性飘散规律及不同高度真菌分布的差异。方法在深圳大学科技楼三个不同高度楼层设曝片点,2007年全年每天定时曝片,光镜下将曝片进行孢子种类鉴定和数量统计。结果在深圳大学共收集到气传真菌孢子35个属种;其中芽枝菌属、曲霉属、穗霉属、黑粉菌属和交链孢霉属为常见气传真菌;全年均有气传真菌飘散,高峰期在5、9和10月,1、7和12月份最低。结论较高楼层真菌孢子数量和种属相对较少,这对于真菌过敏病人选择适当的居住楼层具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the genus of seasonal alleles and allergenic airborne fungi in the air of Shenzhen University campus and the differences in the distribution of fungi at different altitudes. Methods The exposure spots were set up at three different height floors of Science and Technology Building in Shenzhen University. The exposure spots were exposed daily for the whole year of 2007, and the species of spores were counted and counted under light microscope. Results A total of 35 genera of airborne fungi spores were collected in Shenzhen University. Among them, 35 strains were Mycoplasma, Aspergillus, Sporotrichum, Ustilago and Alternaria. The fungus floated, with peaks in May, September and October, the lowest in July, July and December. Conclusion The number and species of fungal spores on the upper floors are relatively small, which is of guiding significance for the selection of appropriate residential floors for fungal allergy patients.
