采用稀土铈在740℃对ZL102合金进行了变质处理,研究了变质剂的加入量及保温时间对铸件力学性能的影响,获得了不同工艺下相应的变质效果等级。结果表明,Ce加入量为0.1wt%,保温时间为70 min时达到最佳变质效果S1P18级。
ZL102 alloy was modified with rare earth cerium at 740 ℃. The effects of modifier addition and holding time on the mechanical properties of the castings were studied. The corresponding metamorphic effect grades were obtained under different conditions. The results showed that the best metamorphic effect of S1P18 was achieved when the amount of Ce added was 0.1wt% and the holding time was 70 min.
