本文通过实验研究,讨论了异步轧制薄铝材时,表面加工硬化的变化规律,且与同步轧制硬化规律进行了比较。并发现,异步轧制时,被轧件两侧的硬化程度不同,随变形程度的变化,快、慢辊两侧的硬度曲线有一个交点。该交点对应的临界变形程度随来料原始硬度变化而变化。这一现象进一步说明了异步轧制时,在一定条件下,存在着轧件两侧的金属流动速度或应变相等的平稳轧制状态。
In this paper, through the experimental study, the variation of work hardening during the asynchronous rolling of thin aluminum is discussed, and compared with the law of synchronous rolling hardening. It is found that the degree of hardening on both sides of the workpiece during the asynchrony rolling varies with the degree of deformation. There is a crossing point between the hardness curves of both sides of the fast and slow rollers. The critical deformation corresponding to the intersection varies with the original hardness of the incoming material. This phenomenon further illustrates that during asynchronous rolling, under certain conditions, there is a steady rolling state in which the flow rate or strain of the metal on both sides of the rolled material is equal.
