以新台糖ROC22号为试材,对甘蔗全生育期各器官干物质积累、氮素积累和分配特征进行研究。结果表明:甘蔗随着植株的生长,其干物质积累逐渐增加,其中以茎的积累最快。整个植株的氮素积累随着植株生长不断上升,在生长稳定期达到顶峰后下降;茎中氮素的积累从拔节开始不断上升,但叶片中氮素的积累表现出先升后降。氮素在叶片的分配比例是随着植株生长而下降,而茎则相反。随着生育期的延长,氮素浓度总体呈下降趋势,但茎和根的浓度先升后降。
With the new sugar ROC22 as test material, the dry matter accumulation, nitrogen accumulation and distribution of various organs during the whole growth period of sugarcane were studied. The results showed that with the growth of plants, the dry matter accumulation of sugarcane increased gradually, and the accumulation of stems was the fastest. The nitrogen accumulation of the whole plant increased with the growth of the plant and then decreased after reaching its peak in the stable growth stage. The accumulation of nitrogen in the stem increased from the beginning of the jointing stage, but the accumulation of nitrogen in the leaves showed the first increase and then the decrease. The distribution of nitrogen in the leaves decreased with the growth of the plants, but the stems were the opposite. With the extension of growth period, the nitrogen concentration generally showed a downward trend, but the stem and root concentrations first and then decreased.
