为了提高立式挤压铸造机合模机构的扩力性能,通过分析双曲肘合模机构的工作原理及力学特性,并基于设计点,运用ADAMS软件建立了半合模机构虚拟样机参数化模型。再以扩力系数Mp(α=3°)为优化目标函数,通过研究分析确定优化设计变量,在满足立式双曲肘合模机构设计约束条件的前提下,利用二次规划算法(SQP)对合模机构进行优化。优化计算结果表明,合模机构的扩力系数提高了5.02%,最大锁模力提高了6.14%,达到了优化目的,并满足了设计要求。
In order to improve the performance of the vertical extrusion die-casting machine, the working principle and mechanical properties of the double-bending die-clamping mechanism were analyzed. Based on the design points, the parametric model of semi-clamping mechanism virtual prototype was established by ADAMS software . Then, the optimal objective function is the expansion coefficient Mp (α = 3 °), and the optimization design variables are determined through research and analysis. Under the premise of satisfying the design constraints of the vertical double-bend clamping mechanism, the quadratic programming algorithm (SQP) Mold clamping mechanism optimization. The results of optimization calculation show that the expansion coefficient of the clamping mechanism is increased by 5.02% and the maximum clamping force is increased by 6.14%, which achieves the goal of optimization and meets the design requirements.
