烧结过程中,蓖条粘结是引起生产波动、产质量下降的重要因素。针对2013年2~4月京唐烧结机台车蓖条粘结严重的问题,比较了不同粘结程度蓖条粘结物的成分与物相组成,发现KCl是引起蓖条粘结的重要表征;同时认为,烧结制粒效果变差、FeO升高等也是造成蓖条粘结的原因。采取了提高铺底料粒度和厚度、降低含钾、氯元素高的原料配比、烧结制粒优化等攻关措施,使蓖条粘结的现象大幅度减少。
