目的:建立用HPLC法同时测定复方制剂中盐酸麻黄碱与利巴韦林含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Shim-pack VP-ODSC_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.34%磷酸二氢钾(10:90);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:210 nm。结果:利巴韦林在0.215~0.968μg范围内、盐酸麻黄碱在0.213~0.958μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.69%、99.22%,RSD分别为0.54%、0.67%。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and ribavirin in compound preparations by HPLC method. Methods: The chromatographic column was Shim-pack VP-ODSC 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate (10:90) -1); detection wavelength: 210 nm. Results: Ribavirin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.215 ~ 0.968μg and the peak area was within the range of 0.213 ~ 0.958μg with the average recoveries of 99.69% and 99.22%, RSD of 0.54% 0.67%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as a quality control method.
