随着改革开放的不断深入和社会、经济的高速发展,对我国的政府治理模式提出了越来越高的要求,要求建立新型的、适度政府规模下的服务型政府来与之相对应。这种新型的治理模式具有新型的、独特的构成要素,也具有其不同于其他治理模式的特点,这些都是影响该政府治理模式的关键因素。本文试图通过对这些影响因素的探讨,尝试为我国构建适度政府规模下的服务型政府提供一些思考的路径。 With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of society and economy, China has set higher and higher demands on the government governance model and required the establishment of a new type of service-oriented government under a moderate government scale. This new type of governance model has new and unique elements as well as features that are different from those of other governance models, all of which are key factors affecting the governance model of the government. This article tries to provide some thinking ways for our country to build a service-oriented government under a moderate government scale through the discussion of these influencing factors.
