主动脉重建术后,发生结肠缺血虽然不多,然并不罕见.本文报告对主动脉重建术后伴发结肠缺血的识别和预防方法.本文资料为1983～1986年在Mich.Ann Arbor退伍军人医疗中心施行择期性或急诊主动脉重建的100例男性病人.平均年龄62.4±7.9岁.其中58例为主动脉瘤,42例为慢性主动脉阻塞性疾病.58例主动脉瘤切除术中,20例植入人造血管,38例植入分叉的主动脉人造血管;17例与髂总动脉吻
