干旱一直是影响陕西省白水县农业生产最主要的因素之一,为此,在调查研究的基础上,总结了白水县旱作农业发展的特点和存在问题,并提出了发展对策。 Drought has always been one of the most important factors affecting agricultural production in Baishui County, Shaanxi Province. Based on the investigation and study, the characteristics and existing problems of dry farming in Baishui County are summarized and some countermeasures for development are put forward.
