2024铝合金是目前应用最广泛的宇航结构材料之一。本文利用反极图研究了退火铝合金冷轧过程中织构的变化。结果表明:退火铝合金具有{100}和{110}织构,经冷轧后{100}织构消失,只剩下{110}[112]织构,而且{110}[112]织构随进一步变形而加强。而且,随着组织的形成铝合金的显微硬度相应增加。
2024 aluminum alloy is currently one of the most widely used aerospace structural materials. In this paper, the change of texture during the cold rolling process of annealed aluminum alloy is studied by using the reverse pole figure. The results show that the annealed aluminum alloy has the {100} and {110} texture and the {100} texture disappears after cold rolling, leaving only the {110} [112] texture and the {110} Further deformation and strengthened. Moreover, the microhardness of the aluminum alloy increases correspondingly with the formation of the tissue.
