目的分析南充市高坪区艾滋病流行趋势,为制定有效的防制策略提供依据。方法对南充市高坪区1999-01/2008-07 HIV/AIDS疫情报告、哨点监测、自愿咨询检测、流行病学调查资料采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果1999-01/2008-07全区共报告HIV/AIDS感染者47例,其间,2005年报告20例,占历年总数的42.55%,传播途径以性接触传播为主,占总例数的57.45%,年龄分布以36～45岁最高,占总例数的48.94%,男女性别比为1.76∶1。结论2005年以来,南充市高坪区艾滋病传播速度显著加快,性接触传播为主要方式,应针对高危人群采取综合防制措施,控制艾滋病的流行。
Objective To analyze the HIV / AIDS epidemic trend in Gaoping District of Nanchong City and provide evidence for effective prevention and control strategy. Methods The epidemiological reports of HIV / AIDS, sentinel surveillance, voluntary counseling and testing, epidemiological survey data of Gaoping District in Nanchong City from January 1999 to July 2008 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 47 cases of HIV / AIDS were reported in the district from January 1999 to July 2008. During this period, 20 cases were reported in 2005, accounting for 42.55% of the total. The main routes of transmission were sexual contact, accounting for 57.45 %, The age distribution of 36 to 45 years old the highest, accounting for 48.94% of the total number of cases, male to female ratio was 1.76: 1. Conclusion Since 2005, the spread of HIV / AIDS in Gaoping District in Nanchong City has accelerated significantly and sexual contact has been the main mode of transmission. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken for high-risk groups to control the AIDS epidemic.
