人类唯有在学习中才能不断成熟和成长起来,学习当然可以是个很宽泛的概念,但无论怎样,都脱不开对新鲜事物的接触、实践并经历一个由感性认识发展到理性认识的过程。当人生走完了懵懂的少年时代,踏入到青年阶段时,人们的各种人生观、价值观还未最终成型,求知欲望空前高涨,进入大学继续学习就成了多数人的必然选择。如何让学习进行的更顺利和富有成效,这是老师和学生都应该思考的问题。本文主要是针对影响大学生学习因素的各种内外因素进行探讨,如教学方法和程序、教师教学效能感、教师对学生的价值期待以及个人的学习积极性和信心动力、学生对本专业的期待值等等,充分的站在教师和学生的互动角度,并联系社会实际,对影响大学生学习效果的诸多因素进行客观的阐述和分析。
