目的:研究加入不同促透剂对槲皮素经皮渗透特性的影响。方法采用改进的Franz扩散装置,用离体鼠皮研究槲皮素溶液及添加各种促透剂或促透剂合用对槲皮素体外经皮渗透性的影响,采用滞留时间法求算经皮渗透相关系数。结果丙二醇、丙三醇以及丙二醇与桉叶油、薄荷油、冰片、氮酮等联合应用作为促透剂对槲皮素的经皮渗透特性影响差异较大,其中薄荷油增渗比为2.01。结论丙二醇、丙三醇单用对槲皮素有一定促透作用,丙二醇与薄荷油合用促透效果最好。“,”Objective To improve the absorption of querceti by screening several transdermal enhancers. Methods Modified Franz diffusion apparatus was used to determine the solutions of receiver by RP-HPLC. Residence time method was used to acquire the correlation coefficient of percutaneous absorption. The transdermal absorption effect of different concentration carbamideprop, ylene glycol and azone on querceti in vitro were also reviewed. Results A significant difference was seen when the different transdermal enhancers were used. The enhancement ratio of oleum menthae was 2.01. Conclusion Propylene glycol and glycerin demonstrate some effect to transdermal permeation of querceti. It reflects the strongest transdermal permeation effect with a combination of propylene glycol combinated and carbamide.
