2013年,营口市总工会为进一步推进工资集体协商常态化建设,在总结以往经验的基础上,采取五项措施深化工资协商评估工作,促进了工资专项集体合同的履约,提高了工资集体协商质量。截至目前,全市签订的522份区域性、行业性工资专项集体合同,开展工资协商评估工作的达到502份(尚有20份协议未到期),占总数的96%。
In 2013, in order to further promote the normalization of wage collective bargaining, based on summing up past experience, Yingkou General Labor Union adopted five measures to deepen the consultation on wage payment, promoted the compliance of collective payroll contracts and improved the quality of wage collective bargaining . Up to now, the city has signed 522 special collective contracts for regional and industrial wages and conducted 502 wage negotiation and assessment work (there are still 20 agreements not yet expired), accounting for 96% of the total.
