高校教师职业素质一直是高等教育领域的重要课题之一,历史和社会的进步对大学教师提出了越来越多的职业要求,也产生了一些看似难以调节的矛盾。笔者通过对欧内斯特.博耶的两篇学术报告《学术水平反思》与《学术评价》进行分析与比较,总结出高校教师职业素质的构成和评价框架,提供了高校教师职业素质探讨的一个分析框架。
The professional quality of college teachers has always been one of the important topics in the field of higher education. The historical and social progress has put more and more job requirements on university teachers and some seemingly difficult to regulate contradictions. By analyzing and comparing Ernest Beyer’s two academic reports, “Academic Level Reflections” and “Academic Evaluation”, the author summarizes the composition and evaluation framework of college teachers’ professional qualities, and provides a probe into the professional qualities of college teachers An analytical framework.
