通过对静海县18个乡镇、368个自然村、4773个农户施肥情况调查及分析,摸清了静海县主要作物小麦、玉米、大豆、棉花施肥现状.同时,提出了大力推广测土配方施肥技术,增施有机肥,推行秸秆还田,改进施肥方法和施肥时期,推广配方肥,开展指导服务的建议.
