研究了深冷处理对GCr15轴承钢和W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢组织和性能的影响。结果得出:GCr15钢冷处理后在-120℃等温下可获得最高硬度,深冷处理时得到的马氏体以短而粗的片状马氏体为主。W9Mo3Cr4V钢铣刀在正常热处理后的深冷处理可使其硬度提高1HRC,使用寿命提高1~2倍。
The effect of cryogenic treatment on microstructure and properties of GCr15 bearing steel and W9Mo3Cr4V high speed steel was studied. The results show that the highest hardness of GCr15 steel is obtained at isothermal temperature of -120 ℃ after cold treatment. The martensite obtained by cryogenic treatment is mainly composed of short and thick lamellar martensite. W9Mo3Cr4V steel cutter in the normal heat treatment after cryogenic treatment can make its hardness increased 1HRC, life increased by 1 to 2 times.
