在实验室动态环境下,能对各种结构或构件做可靠的随机振动试验的设备,对于数据采集和分析是至关重要的。尽管可以采用复杂、昂贵的设备,但本文只探讨利用微机这种有生命力的和符合成本效益的试验设备,进行持续时间较短的试验。由于这些应用,一台微机可以作为动态振动系统控制加在结构上的期望随机振动.在这种情况下,对于给定的谱密度函数,便可产生控制信号——来自微机的数字信号.本文探讨在短持续试验中采用计算机的问题并评价它在实际试验中的效果。
In a laboratory dynamic environment, equipment that can perform reliable random vibration tests on a variety of structures or components is critical to data acquisition and analysis. Although complex and costly equipment can be used, this article only explores the use of microcomputers such a viable and cost-effective test equipment for shorter duration tests. Because of these applications, a microcomputer can be used as a dynamic vibration system to control the expected random vibration on the structure, in which case the control signal, a digital signal from a microcomputer, can be generated for a given spectral density function. Discuss the problem of using computers in short-term trials and evaluate its effectiveness in practical trials.
