从容量约束、负荷水平、电源类型等因素分析了容量系数对阻塞成本的影响。根据容量系数特点,在输电网过网费定价模型中加入电源年发电持续曲线,并计及电源节点注入功率对电网元件的年度增量成本的影响,提出了新的包含风电场的输电网过网费定价模型。该模型能够量化分析风电场接入系统后对电源节点过网费的影响,并反映容量约束、负荷水平和电源特性对系统的贡献,同时能够对具有相近容量系数的电源过网费评估作有效区分。通过3节点系统和IEEE 30节点系统分析计算,验证了所提定价模型的有效性。
The influence of capacity factor on congestion cost is analyzed from the aspects of capacity constraint, load level and power supply type.
