研究了Mn对Mg-9Al-2Sn合金在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能的影响。采用常规浸泡法、析氢测量法分析了不同Mn含量的Mg-9Al-2Sn-xMn(x=0,0.1,0.3)镁合金的腐蚀速率。通过电化学阻抗谱和微观组织表征深入对比分析了不同Mn含量镁合金的耐蚀性能及其腐蚀机理。结果表明,少量的Mn能有效提高该合金的耐腐蚀性能,当Mn含量为0.1%时即能显著降低该合金的腐蚀速率,当Mn含量增加到0.3%后,腐蚀速率反而有所升高,但其耐蚀性能仍然优于未加Mn的合金。然而,Mn的添加并没有影响合金的腐蚀机理。
The effect of Mn on the corrosion resistance of Mg-9Al-2Sn alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated. The corrosion rate of Mg-9Al-2Sn-xMn (x = 0,0.1,0.3) magnesium alloys with different Mn contents was analyzed by conventional immersion method and hydrogen evolution measurement. The corrosion resistance and corrosion mechanism of magnesium alloy with different content of Mn were deeply analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and microstructure characterization. The results show that a small amount of Mn can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy. When the content of Mn is 0.1%, the corrosion rate of the alloy can be significantly reduced. However, when the content of Mn is increased to 0.3%, the corrosion rate increases. But its corrosion resistance is still better than the alloy without Mn. However, the addition of Mn did not affect the corrosion mechanism of the alloy.
