目的了解四川省医疗机构高层次人才疲劳现况及其影响因素,为四川省高层次卫生人才队伍建设提供相关政策建议。方法采用自制的一般情况调查表和多维疲劳量表(MFI220)中文版对医疗机构1 522名高层次人才进行问卷调查。结果调查四川省医疗机构1 522名高层次人才年龄为45.41±7.66岁,男女比例为1.21∶1,疲劳总分为48.76±10.60分,男女疲劳总分差异有统计学意义(t’=2.65,P<0.01),年龄和疲劳总分负相关(rS=-0.07,p=0.009 0),每周工作时长、工作强度自我评价和疲劳总分正相关(rS=0.06,P<0.05;rS=0.16,P<0.01)。结论医疗机构高层次人才工作时间长、强度大,女性比男性更易疲劳,年龄越大越不易疲劳,工作时间越长、强度越大越容易疲劳,每日工作时长越长动力会下降。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of high-level personnel fatigue in medical institutions in Sichuan Province and to provide relevant policy recommendations for the construction of high-level health personnel in Sichuan Province. Methods A total of 1 522 high-level talent in medical institutions were surveyed using the self-made Chinese general questionnaire and the Multidimensional Fatigue Scale (MFI220) Chinese version. Results The survey of 1 522 high-level talent in medical institutions in Sichuan province showed a mean age of 45.41 ± 7.66 years, a male-female ratio of 1.21:1, and a total fatigue score of 48.76 ± 10.60. There was statistically significant difference in male and female fatigue scores (t ’= 2.65, (RS = -0.07, p = 0.009 0), weekly work duration, self-evaluation of work intensity and total score of fatigue were positively correlated (rS = 0.06, P <0.05; rS = 0.16, P <0.01). Conclusion High-level personnel in medical institutions work long hours and have high strength. Women are more prone to fatigue than men. The older the older, the less likely to be tired. The longer the working hours are, the more intense the fatigue is. The longer the daily working hours, the lower the motivation is.
