目的为了解费县城区周边小学餐桌食品卫生安全卫生现状,提高“小饭桌”卫生管理水平,保证小学生饮食卫生安全。方法根据《食品卫生法》、《餐饮业管理办法》、《学生集体用餐卫生监督办法》要求,统一标准,对23家小饭桌进行卫生学调查。结果无卫生许可证的占14%,无健康证及卫生知识培训合格证的占30%,无餐饮具消毒设施的占53%,采购食品无索证的占78%。结论学校周边小饭桌卫生安全状况存在诸多隐患,食品卫生安全监督工作有待进一步加强。
Objective To understand the status quo of sanitary hygiene and sanitation of tableware in primary schools around the downtown of Feixian County and improve the hygiene management level of “small table” to ensure the hygiene and safety of the pupils’ diet. Methods According to the requirements of the “Food Sanitation Law”, “Catering Industry Management Measures” and “Students’ Meal Supervision Measures for Health Inspection”, a unified standard was adopted to conduct hygiene survey on 23 small dinner tables. Results No health permits accounted for 14%, no health certificates and health knowledge training certificates accounted for 30% of non-catering appliances disinfection facilities accounted for 53%, 78% of procurement of food without certification. Conclusion There are many hidden dangers in the hygienic and safe condition of small dinner tables around the school, and the supervision of food hygiene and safety needs to be further strengthened.
