水杨酸盐中水杨酸根的测定方法有:1.在溶剂中用酸滴定;2.溴代法;3.碘代法;4.酸化溶液萃取水杨酸后再测定水杨酸。这几种方法中,因水杨酸铅不溶于水,不能用水溶液进行滴定。非水溶剂和溶剂萃取虽然能测定某些水杨酸盐,但是试剂价格较贵及用量较大。我们从实验获得水杨酸铅能溶于稀氢氧化钠溶液,所以选用溴代法。本实验在26±3℃下对溴代时酸度,溴代时间,作了一些条件实验,并确定水杨酸铅中水杨酸根的最佳测定条件。
Salicylate salicylate in the determination of methods are: 1. Acid titration in solvents; 2. Bromination; 3. Iodine; 4. Salicylic acid acid solution extraction salicylic acid and then measured. In these methods, lead salicylate is insoluble in water and can not be titrated with an aqueous solution. Although non-aqueous solvents and solvent extraction can determine some salicylates, but expensive reagents and larger amount. We obtained from the experiment lead salicylate can be dissolved in dilute sodium hydroxide solution, so use bromine method. In this experiment, the condition of acidity and bromination time of bromine was studied at 26 ± 3 ℃, and the optimum conditions for the determination of salicylate were established.
