随着食品生产规模的不断扩大和食品贸易的日益国际化,食品安全已经成为世人关注的焦点之一,而中国食品行业在经历了2009年金融危机的寒冬冲击后,在2010年逐渐的迎来了食品行业的回暖期。在食品业回暖的形势下食品生产企业如何顺势而上,抓住机遇迎接挑战,是企业面临最重要的问题。对于国家食品生产企业来说,拥有高新技术含量的生产设备是降低食品安全风险的最重要手段。为了更好地促进我国食品安全技术应用的持续健康发展,让食品行业了解更多的食品安全供应商,食品安全创新技术及优秀解决方案,由《食品安全导刊》杂志、中商食品安全网(www.cnfoodsafety.net)主办的“2010-2011年度食品安全TOP100评选活动”的结果已经揭晓。为了以此次评选活动为依托,全面、真实、客观反映行业的整体风貌,本刊特对主办单位负责人及行业专家进行了采访。
