斜井单筒绞车下放重物时,运行到减速点后电动机切除高压电,经过熄弧时间,动力制动应该自动投入,使绞车减速。但是,如果动力制动电路中出现了故障,使电动机不能及时通入制动电流,必然引起绞车超速紧急抱闸。在高速情况下紧急抱闸会造成钢丝绳损伤。如果这种故障又与限速保护失灵巧合,必然会出现甩电机的恶性事故。为了避免这类事故的发生,我矿设计了一个简单易行的超速保护电路。电路图如下:
