目的:探讨中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染性疣状胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将69例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为对照组(32例)和治疗组(37例),对照组单纯给予西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上加用中药治疗。结果:治疗组有效率达94.595%,优于对照组有效率75%,P<0.05;治疗组HP根除率达83.784%,优于对照组HP根除率60%,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染性疣状胃炎的疗效好,HP根除率高,值得临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infectious verrucous gastritis. Methods: Sixty-nine patients with diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into control group (n = 32) and treatment group (n = 37). The control group was treated with western medicine alone. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Western medicine. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.595%, which was 75% better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The eradication rate of HP in the treatment group was 83.784%, which was better than that of the control group (60%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in verrucous gastritis is good, HP eradication rate is high, worthy of clinical promotion.
