为了对离心喷嘴动态特性进行实验研究,根据离心喷嘴内部流动的特点,以多孔钛材料为电极并结合锁相放大电路研制了一种离心喷嘴内部脉动流量的测量装置,并对敞口型模型离心喷嘴进行了实验测量。初步实验结果表明此方法及测量传感器可用于离心喷嘴内部脉动流量测量,对离心喷嘴动态特性的实验研究具有重要意义。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the centrifugal nozzle, a measuring device for the pulsating flow inside the centrifugal nozzle was developed based on the characteristics of the internal flow of the centrifugal nozzle, the porous titanium material as the electrode and the lock-in amplifier circuit. Nozzles were experimentally measured. The preliminary experimental results show that the method and the measuring sensor can be used to measure the pulsating flow in the centrifugal nozzle, which is of great significance to the experimental research on the dynamic characteristics of the centrifugal nozzle.
