本文对肥胖儿血清脂蛋白(a)水平及血清载脂蛋白(a)多态性进行分析,以探讨肥胖儿与高脂蛋白(a)血症的关系及其血清载脂蛋白(a)遗传表型的分布特点。用酶联免疫吸附法测定57名肥胖儿及其双亲血清脂蛋白(a)的含量,用十二烷基磺酸钠一聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和Westernblot免疫印迹技术测定载脂蛋自(a)遗传表型。结果发现高脂蛋白(a)血症的肥胖儿中约有75%的患儿其父母中有一方伴发高脂蛋白(a)血症;在41名肥胖儿中共检出7种载脂蛋白(a)遗传表型(其中5种单异构体表型,2种双异构体表型).肥胖儿中以低分子量的S1和S2表型为主;非肥胖儿以高分子量的S4在型为主,在近5年文献一尚未见类似报道。
In this paper, the level of serum lipoprotein (a) and serum apolipoprotein (a) polymorphism in obese children were analyzed to explore the relationship between obesity and hyperlipoproteinemia (a) and its serum apolipoprotein (a) Phenotypic distribution characteristics. The content of serum lipoprotein (a) in 57 obese children and their parents was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The low-molecular-weight S1 and S2 phenotypes predominate in obese children; the high-molecular-weight S4 in non-obese children is predominately typed and has not been reported in the literature for nearly five years.
