提出了一种新型辐射末端和基于混水温度自动控制的防结露控制策略,并搭建了系统实验台。实验测量了室内温度、室内相对湿度、围护结构表面温度、混水温度、供回水温度和水流量,研究了该辐射末端供冷模式的热舒适性和控制策略的可行性。实验结果表明,该辐射末端在竖直温差、辐射温度不对称性和地板表面温度三个方面均能满足ISO 7730的规定,控制策略初步可行,但是混水温度的控制精度需提高。
A new type of radiation termination and control strategy based on the automatic control of mixed water temperature are put forward, and a system test bench is set up. The indoor temperature, indoor relative humidity, surface temperature of confinement, mixing water temperature, water supply and return water temperature and water flow rate were measured experimentally. The feasibility of cooling comfort and control strategy was studied. The experimental results show that the radiation end meet the requirements of ISO 7730 in three aspects: vertical temperature difference, radiation temperature asymmetry and floor surface temperature. The control strategy is feasible, but the control precision of mixed water temperature needs to be improved.
