本文介绍了一种套式移动结构可调涡轮增压器及其性能试验和分析。在可调截面积减小30%时该增压器的最高等熵效率降低不大于2个百分点,流量特性如预期的那样向小流量方向移动,这对改善柴油机低速扭矩特性是有益的。理论分析表明,套式移动结构与转叶调节结构相比,在减小喷嘴面积时,其喷嘴环内的损失更小些,因而可获得较高的等熵效率。该增压器的喷嘴环调节机构在600℃~700℃高温下能正常工作,进一步的工作是使其执行机构实用化
This paper introduces a tunable turbocharger with mobile structure and its performance test and analysis. When the adjustable cross-sectional area is reduced by 30%, the maximum isentropic efficiency of the supercharger is reduced by no more than 2%. The flow characteristics are expected to move toward the low-flow direction, which is beneficial to improve the low-speed torque characteristics of the diesel engine. Theoretical analysis shows that the nested moving structure has a smaller loss in the nozzle ring when the area of the nozzle is reduced compared with the rotary vane control structure, and thus higher isentropic efficiency can be obtained. The turbocharger nozzle ring adjustment mechanism at 600 ℃ ~ 700 ℃ under high temperature to work, further work is to make its practical implementation of the actuator
