现在土木工程行业对混凝土早期强度要求的日益提高,促进了高性能混凝土的发展,但同时也带来了人们对高性能混凝土耐久性的担忧。本文采用花岗岩作为粗骨料,考虑复掺粉煤灰硅灰,采用对比试验研究了C55高性能混凝土各部分用量对其耐久性的影响。实验表明,水泥用量的增加可以一定程度提高抗渗性,但是对干缩性有不利影响;硅灰的掺量对抗渗性有重要影响,单掺硅灰的干缩率在前期较大,复掺粉煤灰和硅灰的在7d以后变大;花岗岩相比于石灰岩用作粗骨料配置的试件耐久性更好。
Nowadays, the increasing demand of early strength of concrete in the civil engineering industry has promoted the development of high-performance concrete, but at the same time, it has brought people’s concerns about the durability of high-performance concrete. In this paper, granite as a coarse aggregate, consider the composite fly ash silica fume, the comparative study of the C55 high performance concrete parts of the durability of its impact. The experiments show that the increase of cement content can improve the impermeability to a certain degree, but has an adverse effect on the shrinkage. The content of silica fume has an important influence on the impermeability. The shrinkage rate of single-doped silica fume is larger in the early stage, Fly ash and silica fume became larger after 7 days; granite had better durability than the limestone used as a coarse aggregate configuration.
