不中断交通运营条件下的桥梁快速加固新材料、新技术、新工艺是从事公路桥梁科研、管理和设计施工工程技术人员所面临的重要研究课题之一。以MPC复合材料为载体,以京开高速公路技术改造项目为依托,利用该种新材料进行了实心板钢筋混凝土梁桥加固的设计、施工和加固前后荷载实验等应用技术研究。研究结果表明,基于改性MPC复合材料进行实心板钢筋混凝土梁桥加固新方法不仅可切实提高原梁的承载能力、减少裂缝的扩展速度、实现不中断干线交通运营条件下的快速维修加固,还具有良好的社会经济效益。
