对不同年份浏阳烟叶的主要化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:(1)浏阳烟叶主要化学成分均存在较大的变异。烟碱的变异系数最大为41.47%,较不稳定;蛋白质的变异系数最小为6.06%,比较稳定。(2)浏阳烟叶的总糖、还原糖、烟碱、蛋白质、钾、氯、糖碱比和钾氯比的年度间差异均不显著,说明浏阳烟叶内在化学成分年度间较稳定。浏阳烟叶的总氮和氮碱比年度间的差异显著,年度间变化较大。(3)浏阳烟叶钾氯比适宜,总糖含量较高,但上部烟叶烟碱含量偏高、糖碱比和氮碱比较低。因此,控制上部叶烟碱含量,协调糖碱比和氮碱比是今后浏阳烟叶品质改良的主攻方向。
The main chemical components of Liuyang tobacco in different years were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) The main chemical components of Liuyang tobacco had large variation. The coefficient of variation of nicotine was 41.47%, which was relatively unstable. The coefficient of variation of nicotine was the least 6.06%, which was stable. (2) The annual differences of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, protein, potassium, chlorine, ratio of sugar to alkali and potassium to chlorine in Liuyang tobacco were not significant, which indicated that the internal chemical components of Liuyang tobacco were relatively stable in the year. The total nitrogen and nitrogen and nicotine in Liuyang tobacco leaves were significantly different from those in the year, and the changes were significant in the year. (3) The potassium-chlorine ratio of Liuyang tobacco is suitable, the total sugar content is higher, but the content of nicotine in the upper tobacco leaves is higher, and the ratio of nicotine to base is lower than that of nitrogen and alkali. Therefore, the control of the upper leaves of nicotine content, coordination of the ratio of nicotine to base ratio is the main direction of future Liuyang tobacco quality improvement.
