心理品质是指一个人在心理过程和个性心理特征两个方面所表现出来的本质特征。教师的心理品质影响教学质量的因素,主要由下列内容构成:教学心理背景,包括教师的知识结构(含学科知识、教育科学知识、教学实践知识)、教学应变能、因材施教能、教学诊断能力、教学适应能力和个性结构(含教学价值观、学生观、人生价值观、性格类型、气质特点和行为习惯)三大要素。教学心理能力,主要包括教学动机、教学兴趣、责任感、成就感、贡献感等方面。教学心理状态,由教学效能感、注意状态、情绪状态等因素组成。在教学过程中起主导作用的教师对学生的教育影响,不仅依靠教师的专业专门知识,也有赖于教师的心理品质。教师是以自己的一切品质的总和来接触和影响学生的。在这我想从以下七个方面来谈一下对体育教学的影响。
