国有企业住房制度改革是国家城镇住房制度改革的重要组成部分,涉及面广、情况复杂、政策性强。要搞好企业的房改工作,尤其是住房分配货币化工作,一个重要的前提就是各级领导干部和广大房改工作者首先要完整的理解和准确的把握国家的房改政策,在国家统一房改政策的指导下,结合企业的实际和特点,对方案精心设计,对工作精心组织,才能稳步推进企业的房改工作,有效解决职工的住房问题。本文结合中石化集团公司房改工作实践,对上述问题进行论述。
