《水分子的运动》是本人参加“江苏省化学优课观摩及评选活动”并获得一等奖的一节课,回想整个磨课过程感慨颇多,则其要点与大家分享:1、课堂设计要有创新意识2、课堂设计要把握主导思想,不可人云亦云3、课堂设计要讲究流畅性4、课堂练习和课外作业设计要寻根溯源,回归教材,灵活创新。磨课是打造好课的过程,也是提高教师专业素质的过程。我们一线教师要学会磨课,善于磨课,通过磨课,磨掉落后的教学观念,磨掉陈旧的教学教学方式,磨出出色的教学人生。
“The Movement of Water Molecules” is a lesson in which I participated in the “Jiangsu Province Chemistry Excellent Course Watching and Selection Activities” and won the first prize. When I recalled the feelings of the entire grinding process, my main points are shared with everyone: 1. Classroom design should have a sense of innovation. 2. Classroom design must grasp the dominant thinking. It must not be seen in a person. 3. Classroom design should emphasize fluency. 4. Classroom exercises and homework assignments should be traced back to source, return to teaching materials, and be flexible and innovative. Grinding is a process of building good classes and also a process of improving the professional qualities of teachers. Our first-line teachers need to learn how to grind lessons, be good at grinding lessons, wear out the backward teaching concepts, wear out the old teaching methods, and create an excellent teaching life.
