本文先从学困生的定义及学困生的表现类型入手展开论述。首先,分析学困生形成的特征,包括想摆脱成人的照管,表现独立性;以自我为中心,缺乏自控能力型;期望与实际不合型;群体意识的形成和存在型。其次,论述转化学困生的理论依据。再次,重点论述学困生转化的具体方法,包括情感转化法、榜样激励法、兴趣教育法、群众管理法、分类帮助法、环境影响法;最后,说明学困生形成的复杂性,需要社会、家庭、学校、学生四个方面的相结合才能完成。
This article starts with the definition of poor students and the types of students with poor performance. First of all, analyze the characteristics of the students who have difficulty in school, including the need to get rid of adult care and independence; self-centered, lack of self-control ability; expectation and actual incompatibility; formation and existence of group consciousness.
