以烟酰乙酸乙酯、醛和醋酸铵为原料,合成了一系列2,6-二吡啶基-1,4-二氢吡啶衍生物,收率为40%~88%。探讨了溶剂和底物结构对反应的影响。与在乙醇中回流反应相比,该反应在无溶剂条件下进行时,反应时间短,产物收率高。
A series of 2,6-dipyridyl-1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives were synthesized from ethyl nicotinate acetate, aldehyde and ammonium acetate in the yield of 40% ~ 88%. The effects of solvent and substrate structure on the reaction were discussed. When the reaction is carried out without solvent in the refluxing reaction in ethanol, the reaction time is short and the product yield is high.
