心电图QRS波群的额面平均心电轴简称为心电轴,是心电图诊断的重要指标之一,对于判断有无心室扩大及传导阻滞类型等有重要价值[1-3]。判定心电轴的经典方法是根据Ⅰ、Ⅲ导联QRS波群的电压目测、计算或查表得出。一些学者[2,3]提出,应用Ⅰ和aVF导联判定心电轴具有更多的优点,但文献上的论证方法有明显不妥之处。为了对这种心电轴判定方法作更准确的评价,我们设计了本实验。
Electrocardiogram QRS wave group average frontal plane ECG axis referred to as the ECG axis is one of the important indicators of ECG diagnosis, to determine whether there is ventricular enlargement and conduction block type has important value [1-3]. The classical method of determining the ECG axis is based on the voltage visualization, calculation or look-up table of QRS wave groups of leads I and III. Some scholars [2, 3] have suggested that the application of Ⅰ and aVF lead to determine the ECG axis has more advantages, but the method of argument in the literature there are obvious errors. In order to make a more accurate assessment of this method of ECG axis determination, we designed this experiment.
